On Japaness . there named " 蕨 麻 薯 " . It is make from some millet . It little bit like Tawin pastry . But it have many flavor !!
Very sweets and sticky .It is very delicious !!!!

Pretty good work. have you been to Kyoto? If not you got a little taste of it here. You did a nice job. A bit more history would have been nice.
